Pardee to open Montero in Inspirada June 18

Pardee Homes’ newest Inspirada neighborhood is Montero, scheduled to open to the public June 18. Montero will feature one- and two-story homes that are anticipated to start in price from the low $400,000s in a gated community.

Located off Via Firenze and Via Cartanda Avenue, just east of Potenza Park in Henderson’s Inspirada master-planned community, Montero’s homes are featured in Midcentury Modern, Contemporary Spanish, Desert Prairie and Desert Contemporary architectural styles with unique features including sloped ceilings, covered patios, lounges, oversized great room, walk-in pantries and porch entries.

Plan One at Montero is a spacious single-story design that measures 2,516 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, generous open great room and dining area and two-bay garage. A covered patio opens to the lounge, kitchen and great room via optional glider or stacking patio doors.

Montero’s Plan Two measures 2,569 square feet in a single-story design with up to four bedrooms, 2½ baths, two-car garage with storage area, plus a great room and dining area that open up to the covered patio.

The two-story Plan Three measures 3,129 square feet with four bedrooms, 3½ baths, loft, two-car garage with storage area, downstairs bedroom and bath, spacious kitchen, great room and dining area layout that open to the covered patio.

Plan Four measures 3,496 square feet with up to five bedrooms and four baths, bonus room, two-car garage plus single-bay garage and Pardee’s exclusive GenSmart Suite option instead of the lounge. The home’s great room, dining area and kitchen open to the covered patio and a deck is featured off the bonus room.

Inspirada is home to Pardee’s Escala neighborhood showcasing single-story designs with optional second stories that range from 2,898 to 3,949 square feet with prices starting from $504,000.

Final homes are now being offered at Bella Verdi in Inspirada by Pardee, with homes starting in price from $374,990 for homes that range from 2,614 to 3,241 square feet with up to five bedrooms and four baths, two- and three-car garages as well as great rooms, lofts and game rooms on select plans and covered patios on all plans.

To reach these Pardee neighborhoods from St. Rose Parkway, head south on Executive Airport Drive, which becomes Via Inspirada south of Volunteer Boulevard. Continue south on Via Inspirada, which becomes Bicentennial Parkway. Turn left on Via Firenze to reach Montero, Escala and Bella Verdi.
