Pulte opens August in Summerlin

Pulte Homes of Nevada has opened its newest Las Vegas neighborhood, August, in the new Cliffs Village in Summerlin.

“With the introduction of the rugged contemporary neighborhood, Vistara, we’ll have a total of 10, actively selling communities

in the valley, offering homebuyers an extraordinary selection of consumer-inspired, one- and two-story home plans, said Jason Demuth, marketing director for PulteGroup in Las Vegas. “Our combination of prime locations along with a variety of the most popular home designs in our portfolio, allow homebuyers every opportunity to find their ideal home.”

The gated Vistara community will offer six, one- and two-story home designs with two to five bedrooms, 2½ to four baths and range from 2,156 to more than 2,599 square feet.

Summerlin is also home to the two best-selling, gated communities in The Paseos village: Estrella, offering six, one- and two-story home designs with two- to three-car garages in 2,058 to 2,455 square feet; and Segovia, with three, two-story home designs, three-car garages in 2,376 to 3,568 square feet.

From The Cove in Southern Highlands to Skyline Estates in Paradise Hills to Evergreen at Skye Canyon, the remaining seven Pulte communities offer a range of included amenities and desirable locations. Pulte homes are strategically located near desirable schools and shopping, close to parks and recreational facilities and with reasonable commutes.
