Richmond American Homes to open Cadence neighborhood

Richmond American Homes has begun presales on its third Cadence community, Toccata.

Toccata will include 131 single-story homes between 1,700 and 2,150 square feet. Prices will start in the upper-$200,000s.

Toccata’s five floor plans range from three to four bedrooms and offer options for customization; including studies, deluxe master baths, covered patios, formal dining rooms and walk-in pantries.

“We continue to experience high foot traffic through our current models in Crescendo and Symphony and anticipate the same for Toccata,” Richmond American Homes Division President Nicole Bloom said. “Toccata is a great option for homebuyers looking to scale down in home size while keeping the home luxuries they’ve become accustomed to such as granite countertops and paver driveways.”

Three model homes opening this summer are at Water Street and Cadence Crest Avenue. Toccata is next to Richmond American’s growing Symphony and Crescendo neighborhoods, adjacent to an elementary school site and a neighborhood park.

“We are excited to pair Toccata’s distinctive ranch-style floor plans and airy 9-foot ceilings with the outdoor amenities offered at Cadence,” Toccata sales agent Brie Logan said. “Toccata homeowners will have easy access to parks, community pool, hiking and biking trails and a residential bike share program.”

For sales information, visit the Cadence Home Finding Center, Toccata sales office or call 702-638-4440.
