• April 30, noon to 3 p.m. — The public is also invited to Ardiente’s Cinco de Mayo celebration. For new homebuyers, this is a chance to mingle with current residents while enjoying a taco bar and margaritas.

“These events are the perfect way to see what life at Ardiente is all about,” said Kyle Tibbitts, general manager. “Our homeowners say they never knew how nice it was going to be to have a whole world of activity right outside their front door.”

At The Good Life Festival, homebuyers will also have the opportunity to see the brand new Refresh outdoor-centric model home during its official grand opening April 23. At 1,881 square feet, the Refresh is part of the popular Portofino collection and it features two bedrooms, two spa-like baths, den and a two-car garage. Pricing on the Refresh floor plan starts in the high $200,000s.

“As an outdoor-centric plan, this home offers indoor/outdoor living at its finest. When you live in the beautiful desert, it’s important that you have a home that allows you to take in that beauty wherever you are,” Tibbitts said.
