Shea Homes at Ardiente Hosts to host festival

Experiencing The Good Life will be within reach for homebuyers who visit Shea Homes at Ardiente April 23-24. The Good Life Festival will be in full swing both days, and Ardiente will also be unveiling its Refresh Outdoor-centric model home April 23.

“There has never been a better opportunity for home shoppers to experience and celebrate The Good Life at Ardiente,” said Kyle Tibbitts, general manager.

On April 23 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and April 24 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., The Good Life Festival will offer live music, games, food and beverages. The public is invited to the event.

During the festival, homebuyers will also have the opportunity to be the first to view the new Refresh model home, as Ardiente celebrates its grand opening April 23. At 1,881 square feet, the Refresh is part of the popular Portofino Collection.

Refresh homeowners can spend their days enjoying the many activities and events offered at Ardiente and come home to two luxuriously serene bedrooms, two spa-like baths, den perfect for taking in a good book while sipping a glass of wine or cup of coffee, plus a two-car garage. Pricing on the Refresh floor plan starts in the high $200,000s.

The Refresh model features the all-new Shea3D approach to home design. This innovative option empowers homebuyers to select the layout of their main living space based on their unique lifestyle. Within their favorite Shea3D floor plan, homebuyers can choose from three different lifestyle-driven spaces — Entertainment-centric, Kitchen-centric and Outdoor-centric designs.

At the center of Ardiente is a 20,000-square foot contemporary clubhouse featuring two resort-style pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, lighted tennis courts lined for pickleball, bocce courts, chipping and putting greens, billiards room, game room and business center.
