Summerlin has 40 homes ready for occupants

Summerlin has 90 floor plans selling in 19 neighborhoods throughout the community. There are more than 40 homes available for quick move-in.

Monte Bello by Richmond American Homes is tucked alongside the Spring Mountains in The Mesa village. It offers nine single- and two-story floor plans. Currently available for quick move-in is the two-story, 4,200-square-foot Heidi, with five bedrooms, three baths and multiple upgrades. Priced at $749,950.

The Mesa’s Vista Dulce neighborhood by Toll Brothers offers three floor plans in two-story townhomes. Currently available are three homes, each 1,588 square feet, with three bedrooms and 2½ half baths. Featuring full driveways and private backyards, these townhomes are available for $299,995 and $329,995.

Nearby Cielo by Woodside Homes also has three homes available. These single-family, two-story homes range from 2,650 to 3,498 square feet. They include four bedrooms with one featuring an attached casita. Prices range from $531,631 to $603,581.

The guard-gated Ridges village has three neighborhoods selling. Sterling Ridge by William Lyon Homes has two standing inventory homes in its Grand Collection and six homes available in its Premier Collection. Both Grand Collection homes sit on corner lots. The 3,546-square-foot Plan 1-C includes three bedrooms and 3½ baths and is priced at $1,069,506. Plan 2-B is 3,788 square feet and includes three bedrooms and 4½ baths. It is priced at $1,108,292. The six single- and two-story Sterling Ridge Premier Collection homes available for quick move-in include two award-winning model homes. They range from 3,733 to 4,871 square feet and include as many as four full baths plus two half baths. Prices range from $1.5 million to $2.3 million.

With views of Red Rock Canyon, nine neighborhoods in The Paseos village have standing inventory available for quick move-in.

Tevare by KB Home has two, 2,346-square-foot, two-story homes. They include four bedrooms, three baths and a loft. Homes start at $376,360.

At the single-story neighborhood Montecito by Toll Brothers, one Messina-designed home is available for $689,995. Encompassing 2,684 square feet, it includes three bedrooms and 2½ baths. Two 2,894-square-foot Trapani homes are available for quick move-in and include four bedrooms and 3½ half baths, priced from $699,995.

At Delano by Lennar, four upgraded homes are available. They range from 3,300 to 3,620 square-feet and offer three to five bedrooms and up to 4½ baths. These four homes start in the high $500,000s.

The Allegra neighborhood by William Lyon Homes is selling three upgraded homes. They range from 2,964 to 3,323 square feet and include three or four bedrooms and up to 3½ baths. Prices start in the upper $500,000s.

Featuring hidden rooftop decks, Sarasota by CalAtlantic is selling three quick move-in homes. Ranging from 2,259 to 2,572 square feet, these three homes have three or four bedrooms and up to three baths. Prices range from $432,320 to $465,265.

Savona by Woodside Homes has three standing inventory residences ranging from 2,092 to 3,220 square feet and includes up to four bedrooms and four baths. Homes are priced from $520,283. Estrella by Pulte Homes hosts three quick move-in homes ranging from 2,058 to 2,323 square feet. They include three bedrooms with many notable features. Available for $396,380, $537,778 and $541,980.

Belmonte by Woodside Homes has two quick move-in residences. The Machado at 3,202 square feet includes four bedrooms, four baths, multiple upgrades and a large backyard for $699,934. The upgraded Sarasate, at 3,934 square feet, includes five bedrooms, 4½ baths and hardwood floors for $769,801.

The Altura neighborhood by Toll Brothers is selling three ready-to-move-in homes. The Provenza offers 3,842 square-feet with four bedrooms, four full baths , plus two half baths. The two available Brescia residences are 4,042 square feet with four bedrooms and 4½ baths. Homes are priced in the $700,000s.

Also by Toll Brothers is Los Altos. Two quick-move in homes are available for $792,995 and $823,995. The Taranto home is 3,514 square feet with four bedrooms and 4½ baths. The Verano is 3,822 square feet with four bedrooms and 3½ baths.
