Summerlin offers variety of floor plans in The Paseos village

Summerlin continues to wow new homebuyers with its wide variety of floor plans in The Paseos village, and Sarasota by CalAtlantic Homes (formerly Ryland Homes), is no exception. In total, new homes in The Paseos offer 50 floor plans in a dozen new neighborhoods by seven homebuilders.

Featuring six floor plans including one that lives like a single-story home and two unique reverse living designs, Sarasota offers five plans with hidden rooftop decks that afford views of Red Rock Canyon to the west and the Las Vegas Valley to the east. Located at the corner of Alta Drive and Desert Foothills Drive, this new neighborhood features a shared grand entry highlighted by linear parks to create a greater sense of arrival for residents and guests. Three models are open, and three quick move-in homes are available.

Sarasota floor plans range from 2,189 to 2,572 square feet and feature up to five bedrooms, 3½ baths and a wide variety of design options.

Two unique home designs feature outdoor staircases with second-floor entries. An interior platform leads up to the elevated main living space with kitchen, great room and dining room. The entry landing leads down to the ground floor with additional living and lounging space.

The six two-story floor plans are designed with open first-floor layouts that connect great room, dining room and kitchen. They offer standard and optional design elements including a first-floor master suite, dual master bedroom suites, gourmet kitchen upgrades, bonus room with wet bar, master bedroom suite with private balcony, den, Wi-Fi station, large bonus room with adjacent balcony, covered patio, family room and a unique bunk room for even more sleeping space.

“These homes offer some incredibly unique features with flexibility in the floor plan designs that cater to families of all sizes,” said Danielle Bisterfeldt, vice president of marketing- Summerlin. “With six floor plans that allow for additional bedrooms or more entertainment space, homebuyers have options that give them the ability to accommodate several children, visiting relatives or create a cozy bungalow for two.”

Homes at Sarasota are priced in the mid to high $300,000s. The nearby Capistrano neighborhood, also by CalAtlantic, features four floor plans with similar design elements, including optional hidden rooftop decks. Homes at Capistrano are selling and priced in the $400,000s.

Residents at Sarasota and Capistrano are near the 12-acre Paseos Park just south of Alta and are within walking distance of the future Fox Hill Park and new public elementary school under planning by Clark County School District. Both are slated to open in 2017. Also nearby in the adjacent Vistas village is a shopping center with grocery store, bank and eateries, as well as a large Summerlin community park with a new community center, pool and children’s lagoon. And just minutes away is the 106-acre Downtown Summerlin fashion, dining and entertainment venue in the heart of the community, as well as the 215 Beltway offering access to McCarran International Airport and the Las Vegas Strip.
