Summerlin opens million-dollar neighborhood

Summerlin unveils a collection of luxury homes in the exclusive guard-gated Ridges village. Silver Ridge by William Lyon Homes offers three upscale and contemporary home designs with floor plans identical to the Premier Collection at Sterling Ridge, also in The Ridges.

Silver Ridge offers the same high-quality construction and stunning architectural detail with larger lots, greater design variation and a broader selection of décor options that set this neighborhood apart from all others in the community.

Ranging from 3,733 to 4,893 square feet, Silver Ridge floor plans include one, single-story home and two, two-story homes with three to five bedrooms, up to 5½ baths and three-car garages. Spacious homesites start from one-quarter acre.

Highlights include spacious entry foyers; master bedroom suites with vestibule, master retreat with fireplace and spacious walk-in closets; guest suite; high ceilings; coffered ceilings; Bosch stainless-steel kitchen appliances; Kohler bath amenities; front yard landscaping with automatic irrigation; paver driveways, walkways and verandas; and energy-saving features including digital programmable thermostats.

Optional design elements at Silver Ridge include floor plan variations, such as multigen suite, dens, lofts and a four-car garage. Accent pieces include see-through fire places; spa jets at master bath tub, ceramic tile, quartz or marble countertops, theatre system and a floating stair case.

“Like the homes at Sterling Ridge, home designs at Silver Ridge are stunning even without architectural personalization or upgrades,” said Danielle Bisterfeldt, vice president of marketing- Summerlin. “The rich finishes and detailed design elements that come standard with these homes make a statement all on their own. The multitude of design options that further customize and personalize these homes reflect the unique personalities of those who choose to make them their home.”

Residents in The Ridges have quick access to the 215 Beltway, providing a direct route to McCarran International Airport, the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown Summerlin, the community’s 106-acre fashion, dining and entertainment destination. In fact, the William Lyon Design Studio where new homebuyers work with professional design architects to help create their dream home is at Downtown Summerlin.

Homes at Silver Ridge are priced from $1.294 million to $1.362 million. For more information about Summerlin’s newest homes and amenities, visit Summerlin.com or download the new home finding app by searching “Summerlin” in your app store.
