Toll Brothers kicks off 2016 with incentives

Toll Brothers, the nation's leading builder of luxury homes, is kicking off 2016 with a special event designed to enhance the value and beauty of their upscale new homes. Toll Brothers' Stop Dreaming It. Start Living It. event taking place now through Jan. 24 offers limited-time incentives and luxury upgrades at participating Las Vegas communities.

"The new year is the perfect time to start thinking about a new home, and that it coincides with this money-saving event makes it even better," said Regional President Jim Boyd. "When you add Toll Brothers' legacy of quality, integrity and value into the mix, buyers can have the confidence and peace of mind that comes with choosing a builder with an excellent reputation."

To take advantage of this sales promotion, buyers must make a deposit between now and Jan. 24. First-class upgrades and incentives will vary among participating communities, and will comprise a package of savings created specifically for this event. Buyers should contact their community of interest and speak with a sales representative to learn more.

Among many other awards, Toll Brothers has been recognized by Fortune magazine as one of the World's Most Admired Companies 2015 in the Home Building category. The company was also named America's Most Trusted Home Builder for 2015 by Lifestory Research.

Although Toll Brothers is probably best known for its expansive single-family and estate homes, the luxury builder offers a wide range of home designs including condominiums and a vast palette of community types.

Toll Brothers, an award-winning Fortune 1000 company founded in 1967, is currently building nationwide and is a publicly owned company.
