First residents of The Summit Club move in

The first residents have moved into the Summit Club, an uber luxury residential community in Summerlin. The development has sold 106 of 146 lots and plans a price increase this fall with a strong demand for its multimillion-dollar lots.

Rich MacDonald, the developer of MacDonald Highlands, has put his 2.4-acre, gated compound on the market. Named The MacDonald Estate in the MLS listing, the one-story, 10,000-square-foot home sits on a bluff above the fairways at DragonRidge Country Club. The home is listed for $8 million through Kristen Routh-Silberman, a Realtor with Synergy/Sotheby’s International Realty.

Luxury residential community gets solar street lights

Luxury residential community MacDonald Highlands is the first master plan in the valley to install street lights powered by solar energy and is eyeing plans to include Wi-Fi in them in the future.

Seven Hills $6.75M estate has indoor basketball court — PHOTOS

In April, interior design consultant Tiffany Sparks of Tiffany Sparks Design presented a home makeover workshop held at MacDonald Highlands DragonRidge Country Club. It was part of a spring Lifestyle Series for residents of the Henderson luxury community, sponsored by Luxury Realtor Kristen Routh-Silberman Synergy, who manages sales of the custom lots in community. Topics ranged from landscaping, exterior renovations and smarthome technology.
