Flirty, classy, sporty crop top

Flirty, classy, sporty crop top. The '90s are back and the tummy is again the highlight.

Crop top has come to stay, and it's the perfect way to portray with class and sophistication a flirty outfit without showing too much. Depending on the occasion – dinner with friends, date night, or a sporty look for errands – this piece is always a perfect choice.

"I love everything about this look. The lace on the crop top, the burgundy color, it's very feminine and classy. I'm celebrating my anniversary soon, so I'm shopping for the occasion and I definitely love the crop top", said Brittani Rael, one of the models at Tuesday's photo shoot for FashionTrend.Vegas and Valley View Live.

Charlotte Russe at Downtown Summerlin provided the crop top outfits, which demonstrated the versatility of this piece, going from a burgundy tiny top with lace appliques that paired-up perfectly with a black tulle mid-length skirt; to a tan cut-out crop top paired-up with a laser-cut pencil skirt.

"I love the fact, that it's flirty and sexy without showing too much", said Brittani. "I've seen how all the celebrities wear it, and it fits perfectly for any type of body. I'm loving everything about it!"

The weekly shooting is a joint venture of ABC 13 and FashionTrend.Vegas, your guide to Las Vegas fashion. See photos of the weekly photo shoot here and on Valley View Live, starting at 2 p.m. every Friday.

Each week, Zar Zanganeh, co-host of Valley View Live, and FashionTrend.Vegas editor Maria Cristina Matta-Caro talk about the fashion trend of the week with people in Las Vegas, who get to show off their version of the topic and perhaps appear on the site and the TV show.

Las Vegas locals are welcome to participate and join FashionTrend.Vegas and the ABC crew from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.Tuesday, September 15, at Downtown Summerlin Promenade.
