• Blast from the Past: CatHouse Loungerie, a dining and nightlife hotspot at the Luxor, will surprise partygoers and fashionistas alike on Monday as fashion boutique Annie Creamcheese turns the ultra lounge into a catwalk. Flaunting the boutique's hottest vintage designs, the show will feature such timeless designers as Chanel, Pucci, Yves Saint Laurent, Christian Dior, and more for Madame Mondays, a locals' night event. Doors open at 10:30 p.m. and the fashion show begins at midnight.
• Shop 'Til You Drop: Shecky's Girls Night Out invites you to Tao Las Vegas at the Venetian for a five-hour shopping experience on Tuesday. It includes up-and-coming designer fashions, the latest cocktail creations, complimentary spa services and lots of product sampling and giveaways. • Modeling Contest: Want a shot at a modeling career? House of Shoes in Las Vegas is holding its 2008 Model Contest now through Aug. 23. The winner will get a role in the retailer's advertising campaign in September. Four finalists will be selected by the House Of Shoes staff and will be announced on Aug. 15. Final judging will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. Aug. 23 at the Silverado Ranch House of Shoes.
