• What's the most important item you've carried in your bag? My wallet.

• What's the strangest? A rain bonnet for my mom.

• Tell us about the first handbag you remember owning. It was very versatile. It had front compartments and wasn't too large. I was about 17.

• Knockoffs: Love 'em or hate 'em? I like them. I don't necessarily have to buy them. I buy what's comfortable. I don't care who makes it.
