Robb & Stucky to host event, offers seminar

Robb & Stucky Interiors at Town Square Las Vegas invites area residents to a special event with Margaret Russell, vice president and editor in chief of Elle Décor, as well as to a free seminar about setting a festive table for the holidays.

Russell, who also served as a judge on Bravo's recently completed reality series "Top Design," will share insights into the glamorous world of celebrity design during a reception Wednesday from 6-8 p.m.

During the event, she also will sign copies of her new book, "So Chic: Glamorous Lives, Stylish Spaces." Her book offers a look into the private lives of celebrities including Ralph Lauren, Sarah Jessica Parker and Roberto Cavalli.

"Entertaining at Home: Professional Tips for Festive Tables" will be presented at 2 p.m. Nov. 20. During the free seminar, members of the store's design team will show those attending how to create seasonal décor ranging from themed tabletops to elegant settings.

Unicahome to mark 10th anniversary

Unicahome is celebrating its 10-year anniversary in its new 19,000-square-foot showroom Wednesday.

The store, which pays homage to the art of design for home furnishings and accessories, offers more than 250 brands for customers with budgets in all ranges. It features more than 9,000 products in its showroom and 49,000 products online including home and tabletop products from Alessi; rugs, bags and place mats from Chilewich; bathroom accessories from Missoni; and furniture from Moroso and Cappellini.

Additionally, it has a bookstore specializing in rare and unusual books devoted to architecture and design.

To extend its gratitude for the store's success, Unicahome is offering a 20 percent discount to all customers who come in on its anniversary.
