What: Buying and updating bank-owned properties. Part of the newly launched real estate and design series, this presentation will feature designer Lee Lundquist, who will offer rehabilitation tips and ideas for turning a distressed property into a dream home. Kiersten Marcos from Realty Executives will share six tips for buying a bank-owned property. Current sales data also will be presented.
