November 3, 2007 - 9:00 pm
Perfect for the X, Y and next generation of gamers and music lovers, Raffel Comfort Sciences and its flagship brand Tranquil Ease introduce "The Vibe," the latest synchronized music and gaming massage chair.
Created with state-of-the-art technology and outstanding acoustics, The Vibe is synchronized to vibrate to the beat of the music and sounds of MP3s, iPods, CDs and DVDs, as well Game Boy, Xbox and PlayStation games (all which can be attached to a wire receiver or game input). A 6-inch subwoofer is installed beneath the seat. The consumer can plug-in so the music and gaming sounds will play right through the chair.
According to the manufacturer, the reclining chair is easy to operate and uses fingertip controls. Additionally, the footrest can be adjusted to three different angles and the backrest can be raised or inclined 180 degrees, to meet body comfort levels. It also features four strong vibration motors in the back, as well as two vibration motors in the seat.
The Vibe is constructed of soft, comfortable upholstery in a durable synthetic leather. It is available in two color combinations: space black/sonic silver and steel blue/sonic silver.
The chair stands 35 inches tall and is 51 inches wide; it reclines to 61 inches by 20 inches. It weighs just 66 pounds, has a suggested retail price of $399 and offers a one-year limited warranty.
