Heavy Sumo tape out-muscles others
There is a new heavyweight tape making its way to store shelves. Ready to tackle the heaviest of jobs is Henkel Corp.'s new Loctite Sumo Tape.
The new repair tape is said to be two times stronger than all-purpose duct table, and is easy to unwind and tear.
Loctite Sumo Tape has more adhesion than regular duct tapes and other tough repair tapes on the market.
Three layers give the tape its power. A super thick polyethylene film gives the tape its water resistance. This film is black in color, providing improved ultraviolet ray resistance and outdoor durability. An expertly stitched fiber layer gives the tape its strength, but still allows it to be torn by hand. A third layer of thick adhesive gives the tape its powerful grab.
Available nationwide, the tape has a suggested retail price of $10.99 for 95 feet.

ScumBuster easily tackles bathroom dirt
As far as household chores go, the bathroom has to rank as the worst.
There is a lot of elbow grease involved. Spraying. Scrubbing. Rinsing. Repeat. All by hand.
Relief is available with the new ScumBuster Xtreme Cordless Power Scrubber by Black & Decker.
With its three-dimensional rolling brush, the ScumBuster cleans entire shower walls, tubs, sinks and bathroom floors in minutes. The unique cone-brush design cleans corners and crevices, such as behind faucets and handles, with ease.
It is comfortable to hold and an extension handle attaches to help clean surfaces up high or down low without getting on a chair or on your knees. Fully extended, the handle is 33 inches long.
The extension handle also features a refillable reservoir to hold your favorite bathroom cleaner. Just spray out the cleaner and scrub. For rinsing surfaces your shower head won't reach, fill the reservoir with water.
The ScumBuster is cordless, gives you 20 to 30 minutes of scrubbing time and recharges from a household outlet; it retails for $40.
