READY TO PLAY?

GameWorks features a variety of games and attractions that appeal to everyone, from the modern "Dance, Dance Revolution" addicts to the retro "Pac-Man" lovers.

Not only can you race (virtual) Indy 500 cars and ride WaveRunners, gamers can stretch their legs and test their skills on the Las Vegas Rock, a rock-climbing wall in the center of the arcade. Climbers who reach the top get to ring a bell.

There are dozens of games to choose from, even the oldies "Centipede" and "Galaga." Game prices range from 50 cents to $4 each.

Hours are from 10 a.m. to midnight Sundays through Thursdays and 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays at 3769 Las Vegas Blvd. South. For more information, call 432-4263.

Strip Tips is a weekly feature by Sonya Padgett that highlights attractions and activities on the Las Vegas Strip.
