"Sharing the Light -- A Musical Celebration of Chanukah & Peace" will be presented by Jewish Enrichment World Services of Las Vegas and Jewish Community Center of Southern Nevada at 4 p.m. Nov. 15 in the main theatre at Clark County Library, 1401 E. Flamingo Road. The event will be hosted by Jim Snyder and feature a silent auction and Jewish book sale beginning at 2:30 p.m. Admission is free. For reservations call 499-5197.

The Las Vegas Peoples Valley Chorus and conductor Marek Rachelski will perform Mendelssohn's "Elijah" at 3 p.m. Nov. 15 at Green Valley Presbyterian Church, 1798 Wigwam Parkway, Henderson. The concert is free, a freewill donation will be accepted (454-8484).
