Car drives into grocery store doors in the east Las Vegas valley

A car drove into a grocery store’s doors Saturday afternoon in the east valley, police said.

The Metropolitan Police Department responded about 2:30 p.m. to 450 E. Nellis Blvd., near Stewart Avenue, records show.

The extent of the damage from the single-car crash is unclear. Lt. Nate Chio said nobody was hurt and the driver didn’t appear impaired.
