The Regional Transportation Commission reported on Twitter a crash on southbound U.S. Highway 95/Interstate 11 before Railroad Pass on Sunday afternoon.
The RTC said about 2 p. m. the highway was blocked. By 3:45 p.m. the RTC said the highway had reopened and traffic was moving slowly.
