Triple-digit temperatures and clear skies are in store for the Las Vegas Valley for most of the week, according to the National Weather Service.

A high of about 101 degrees is forecast for Tuesday, just a couple ticks above this time of year’s average temperature of 99 degrees, meteorologist Jenn Varian said. Temperatures will climb to 105 on Wednesday before dipping to 103 on Thursday.

A weekend cooldown is expected to come with high temperatures at 97 on Friday and 94 on Saturday, Varian said.

Overnight lows during the week will hover between 75 and 80, with weekend lows dropping to the low 70s.

The valley will have clear skies through Friday, according to the agency.
