Authorities identify man fatally shot after fight
Authorities identified Robert Sanchez as the man shot and killed near the 4600 block of Elk Springs Avenue on Sunday.
Sanchez, 19, was transported to University Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
According to reports, Sanchez was attending a party when a fight broke out in the parking lot. Sanchez was shot and another man was stabbed following the altercation. The stabbing victim was treated and released that night.
No suspects have been identified and the case remains under investigation by the Las Vegas police.
