The 6500 Tavern at Sammy's Woodfired Pizza, 6500 W. Sahara Ave., plans to host its sixth annual Bowl Bash at 2 p.m. Sunday for the Super Bowl.

Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant has unveiled new made-from-scratch entrees.
New items include California Cobb flatbread, BLT flatbread, crab-stuffed yellowtail sole, lemon-crusted yellowtail sole and Farmhouse Burger (served with bacon jam, arugula, roasted tomatoes, mustard sauce and a fried egg).
