Elements Kitchen & Martini Bar, 4950 S. Rainbow Blvd., is offering specials this week.

Today's special is veal osso buco for $28; Wednesday's is trout putanesca for $23; Thursday's is gnocchi pomodoro for $21; Friday's is risotto funghi for $24; and Saturday's is chicken parmigiana for $22.

Elements plans to host a four-course Valentine's Day meal from 5 to 8:30 p.m. Feb. 14 that includes a glass of sparkling wine and a gift for women.

LES KINCAID TO INSTRUCT COOKING CLASSES

Les Kincaid, host of the nationally syndicated radio show "Wines Du Jour," plans to host the class Cooking Cajun from 6 to 8:30 p.m. today at the Ferguson Kitchen & Bath Gallery, 4175 S. Grand Canyon Drive, No. 109.

The class Greek Isles is planned from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Jan. 31 and Feb. 7 at Ferguson.

Kincaid plans to host the class Sophisticated Rosé Wines from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Total Wine & More in Boca Park, 730 S. Rampart Blvd. Attendees must be 21 or older.

Roy's to host cooking class

Roy's Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine of Summerlin, 8701 W. Charleston Blvd., plans to host a cooking class at 6 p.m. Wednesday.

Learn how to prepare a romantic three-course dinner with wine pairings in preparation for Valentine's Day.

The first course will be strawberry and mixed green salad with champagne vinaigrette, followed by pan roasted heart-shaped filet mignon with red wine demi glaze and Red Velvet Tuxedo Cake with Chantilly cream for dessert.

The 6500 Tavern at Sammy's Woodfired Pizza, 6500 W. Sahara Ave., plans to host its sixth annual Bowl Bash at 2 p.m. Feb. 5 for the Super Bowl.

Two-for-one drink specials will be featured, along with half-priced tapas from Sammy's menu. A newly renovated PT's Tavern has opened at 2300 E. Desert Inn Road, Suite B, west of Eastern Avenue. It takes the place of Rosie's Saloon bar.

POP-UP DINNER SET AT ORIGIN INDIA

Chef Jet Tila and the mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim plan to host a pop-up dinner at Origin India Restaurant and Bar at 7 p.m. Feb. 8.

The menu will feature five courses, including dessert, and a variety of regionally inspired Thai dishes. Each course will be paired with a hand-crafted cocktail by Abou-Ganim, inspired by drinks from his book "The Modern Mixologist: Contemporary Classic Cocktails." The meal will be served family style.

EL SEGUNDO SOL ANNOUNCES LOCO HOUR SPECIALS, COOKING CLASS

El Segundo Sol at Fashion Show mall, 3200 Las Vegas Blvd. South, plans to offer Loco Hour specials all day Feb. 3 in honor of its Cinco De Mayo Every Month fiesta.

Specials are loaded nachos for $5, chips and three salsas for $2.95 and fully loaded street tacos with chicken tinga for $2.25 and braised beef, pulled pork or chicken pastor for $3.25 each. Margaritas are $5 and sangrias are $4. Tequila shots are $3.

The Hard Rock Hotel, 4455 Paradise Road, plans to offer game day food specials at the Blitzed Sports Bar & Lounge for the Super Bowl on Feb. 5.

A game day party is planned at The Joint.
