PT's and Sierra Gold locations across the valley plan to offer game-time food specials in September.

From 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday and from 6 to 10 p.m. Monday, specials will be $5.99 and include golden nuggets with fries, roast beef sliders with fries and chili cheese silder dogs with fries.

Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurants recently introduced 10 new Lighter Side menu entrees under 575 calories.

Entrees are Creole chicken, Mediterranean chicken, Moroccan salmon or chicken, spicy shrimp stir fry, ahi salad, grilled chicken cashew salad, spinach salad, margarita steak and BBQ chicken flatbread.

In addition to lighter offerings, a veggie burger and lobster burger also were added to the menu.

SILVER OAK WINE DINNER
COMING TO FLEMING'S

A Silver Oak wine dinner featuring the just-released 2007 Alexander Valley Cabernet is planned for 6:30 p.m. today and Saturday at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, 8721 W. Charleston Blvd.

A five-course menu will be served, paired with five wines from Silver Oak and Twomey Cellars. The menu is set to feature roasted red pepper and arugula flatbread with goat cheese, tuna carpaccio, petite lamb chops with polenta fries, Newport Club rib-eye and a trio of flavored truffles.

University of Nevada, Las Vegas, alumnus and PGA Tour player Charley Hoffman is scheduled to be a part of Morton's The Steakhouse's first Celebrity Server event Sept. 26.

The event will serve as the official dinner for the Charley Hoffman Foundation Las Vegas Pro-Am, which is part of the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open weeklong festivities. Hoffman and other pro golfers from the Pro-Am will serve four courses at Morton's, 400 E. Flamingo Road, with the proceeds going to the foundation.

The Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open plans to host its third annual Women's Day event, the Kick Off Your Heels Luncheon, presented by Lulu B. Wines, Sept. 27 at The Hill, the tournament's tented hospitality venue overlooking the 16th, 17th and 18th holes of TPC Summerlin, 1700 Village Center Circle.

News 3 anchor Kim Wagner will emcee the event, which is set to feature a silent auction and a speech from keynote speaker Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman.

KERRY'S GOURMET BURGERS DONATES TO THREE SQUARE

KGB: Kerry's Gourmet Burgers at Harrah's Las Vegas recently hosted a Restaurant Week event that raised enough funds to donate 10,974 meals for Three Square food bank.

Proceeds from ticket sales and 50 percent of all proeeds from KGB logoed merchandise were combined with raffle and auction funds.

ROY'S WINE CLUB TO MEET
