Elements Kitchen & Martini Bar, 4950 S. Rainbow Blvd., plans to host a seven-course bourbon dinner at 6:30 p.m. Monday.

CELEBRITY CHEF DEMONSTRATIONS PLANNED AT NEVADA WILD FEST

Las Vegas' top celebrity chefs are scheduled to offer cooking demonstrations at Nevada Wild Fest, which is set for Oct. 25-28 at the Rio, 3700 W. Flamingo Road.

On Oct. 26, the schedule is: 1 p.m., chef Chris Conlon of FIX at Bellagio; 2 p.m., chef Mike Armstrong of TAO Asian Bistro at The Venetian; and 7 p.m., chef Mimmo Ferraro of Ferraro's.

On Oct. 27, the schedule is: 1 p.m., chef Massimiliano Campanari of LAVO at The Palazzo; and 3 p.m., chef Geno Bernardo of NOVE Italiano at the Palms.

On Oct. 28, the schedule is: 1 p.m., chef Dave Middleton of Marche Bacchus French Bistro; and 7 p.m., chef Eric Suniga of Culinary Dropout at the Hard Rock Hotel.

The chefs will conduct hourlong demonstrations and take questions from the audience as time allows. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, and samples will be offered.

FALL BEER FESTIVAL COMING TO GOLDEN NUGGET

The third annual Fall Beer Festival is scheduled for Friday and Saturday at the Golden Nugget, 129 Fremont St.

DOWNTOWN BREW FESTIVAL SET FOR SATURDAY AT CLARK COUNTY AMPHITHEATER

Motley Brews and Ballast Point Brewing Co. plan to host the Downtown Brew Festival from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday at the Clark County Amphitheater, 500 S. Grand Central Parkway.

More than 40 local and regional breweries will feature more than 150 craft beers for tasting.

General admission tickets are $32 in advance and $42 at the door. VIP pavilion tickets are $42 in advance and $52 at the door and include entry to the festival one hour before general admission and exclusive food and beer tasting options by Todd English P.U.B. and Redstone Meadery. THEME DINNERS WITH BEER PAIRINGS PLANNED AT BARLEY'S

Barley's Casino & Brewing Co., 4500 E. Sunset Road, plans to host theme buffet dinners with beer pairings from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Saturdays through the end of the year.
