Las Vegas' top celebrity chefs are scheduled to offer cooking demonstrations at Nevada Wild Fest, which is set for Oct. 25-28 at the Rio, 3700 W. Flamingo Road.

On Oct. 26, the schedule is: 1 p.m., chef Chris Conlon of FIX at Bellagio; 2 p.m., chef Mike Armstrong of TAO Asian Bistro at The Venetian; and 7 p.m., chef Mimmo Ferraro of Ferraro's.

On Oct. 27, the schedule is: 1 p.m., chef Massimiliano Campanari of LAVO at The Palazzo; and 3 p.m., chef Geno Bernardo of NOVE Italiano at the Palms.

On Oct. 28, the schedule is: 1 p.m., chef Dave Middleton of Marche Bacchus French Bistro; and 7 p.m., chef Eric Suniga of Culinary Dropout at the Hard Rock Hotel.

The chefs will conduct hourlong demonstrations and take questions from the audience as time allows. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, and samples will be offered.

The third annual Fall Beer Festival is scheduled for Friday and Saturday at the Golden Nugget, 129 Fremont St.
