Cantina Laredo at Tivoli Village, 430 S. Rampart Blvd., Suite 110, plans to host a four-course tequila dinner featuring Chamucos Tequila at 6:30 p.m. May 22.

The menu is set to offer crab-corn quesadilla topped with habanero mango ginger salsa, Guadalajara tomatillo guajillo soup and choice of grilled halibut on banana leaf with roasted red bell pepper almond sauce, cilantro lime rice and green beans or grilled black peppercorn filet with potatoes confit and green beans. Dessert will be homemade coconut ice cream served on a bed of toasted coconut, topped with fresh mango and raspberry sauce.

LAS VEGAS EPICUREAN AFFAIR TO RETURN MAY 23 TO PALAZZO

The Las Vegas Epicurean Affair is scheduled to feature some of Las Vegas’ best restaurants from 7 to 10 p.m. May 23 poolside at The Pools at the Palazzo, 3339 Las Vegas Blvd. South. NEW THEMED MENUS PUT DOWN ROOTS AT SOUTH POINT’S GARDEN BUFFET

New nightly menus, Surf, Turf and Grapes, Luau and Seafood, are planned at the Garden Buffet at the South Point, 9777 Las Vegas Blvd. South.

Monday’s Surf, Turf and Grapes will offer live cooking stations, soups, salads, fresh fruits, desserts and more. Turf selections will feature New York steak, bacon-wrapped filet and Chinese pepper steak. Surf choices include golden fried shrimp, garlic sautéed scampi, barbecue shrimp, shrimp mac and cheese and Thai green shrimp curry. Guests also can enjoy two complimentary glasses of wine.

Wednesday’s Luau menu will include unlimited Mai Tais and feature six live cooking stations, along with egg drop soup, pot stickers, Thai beef salad, Oriental noodle salad and lomi-lomi salmon. Other highlights include sushi, miso-glazed tuna, soy and ginger-crusted mahi mahi, Polynesian coconut curried chicken and Kalua pork loin. Desserts will include coconut cupcakes and pineapple upside-down cake.

The Seafood menu will be offered Friday and Saturday, with chowders, steamed crab legs, mussels, seafood enchiladas, Southern fried catfish and snapper Vera Cruse.

The Surf, Turf and Grapes and Luau buffets will be served from 4 to 9 p.m. for $15.95 for those with a players club card and $19.95 without a card. The Seafood buffet will be served from 4 to 10 p.m. for $19.95 and $24.95, respectively.

FERRARO’S TO DRAW LATE-NIGHT DINERS WITH DEALS
