The Onyx Theatre, 953 E. Sahara Ave., is presenting two plays for the holidays. David Sedaris' "Santaland Diaries," directed by Christopher Kenney and starring Jamie Morris, is set for 8 p.m. Thursdays to Saturdays and 5 p.m. Sundays Dec. 1-11. Tickets are $20. A portion of the first weekends proceeds will be donated to Golden Rainbow to help those living with HIV/AIDS in Southern Nevada.

Roth plans to break up the 80-minute symphony with brief introductions prior to each of the work's four movements.
