Event raises money for Injured Police Officers Fund

The Sam’s Club on Eastern and Serene avenues was the site of a fundraiser hosted by The Injured Police Officers Fund for fallen Las Vegas police officers Alyn Beck and Igor Soldo on Friday.
The IPOF will be collecting donations at Sam’s Club until 6 p.m. Friday. Rick Golgart, president of the IPOF, said over $100,000 has been raised for the families of Beck and Soldo, who were gunned down Sunday.
Thousands honored Soldo, 31, Thursday during his funeral services. Services for Beck, 41, are planned for Saturday and services for Joseph Wilcox, who was killed in the same event, will be on Sunday.
