Motorcycle driver, passenger injured in I-15 crash

The Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a multi-vehicle crash on northbound Interstate 15 that sent at least two people to the hospital.

Around 12:15 p.m. highway patrol officers responded to a crash involving two cars and a motorcycle on the northbound side of the 15, near the Lake Mead Boulevard exit. The male driver and female passenger of the motorcycle were taken to University Medical Center with non life-threatening injuries.

As of 12:45 p.m., NHP was still on-scene investigating the crash, trooper Jason Buratczuk said, and the right lanes of the freeway were blocked off.
