The Rainbow Company Youth Theatre plans to open its 36th season with the musical “Tom Sawyer” at 7 p.m. Friday, Saturday, Oct. 12 and 13 and at 2 p.m. Sunday and Oct. 13 and 14 at the Charleston Heights Arts Center, 800 S.
