North Las Vegas Mayor John Lee will deliver the State of the City address on Thursday, when he plans to highlight the city’s achievements in 2017 and goals for the coming year.

Lee will hold his speech during a $45-per-person luncheon scheduled to start at noon at Texas Station, 2101 Texas Star Lane in North Las Vegas.

More than 700 people have reserved a seat to listen to Lee, who was elected in 2017 to a second four-year term.

Lee is expected to discuss anticipated developments for the Apex Industrial Park, businesses moving into North Las Vegas and an update to the city’s ongoing economic recovery.
