Las Vegas police investigating serious crash at Twain and Grand Canyon

Las Vegas police responded to a three-vehicle crash in the southwest valley Tuesday that left one person dead and two people hospitalized.

Police responded to the area of the West Twain Avenue and South Grand Canyon Drive intersection just before 7 p.m.

One man was dead on the scene, and two others were taken to University Medical Center in critical condition, according to a Metro supervisor.

The westbound lanes of Twain were closed near the crash while traffic detectives investigated.
