Basic girls hand Coronado rare loss

Basic’s four bowlers each rolled a 500 series at Sunset Station to help the Wolves hand Coronado’s girls their first defeat in two years on Tuesday.
The Wolves were 7-2 winners, taking the first and third games and the total pins.
Nicole Anitkoll’s 223 game helped Basic to a 798 first-game total.
Antikoll finished with a 559 series. Amanda Hix rolled a 539 set. Shaunna Padderatz had a 512, and Suzanna Padderatz rolled a 504, including a 208 in the first game.
Coronado’s Alex Katz rolled a 204 game.
BOYS
Coronado’s Brandon Dauphanis rolled games of 245 and 221 in a 643 series to help the Cougars to a 9-0 win over Basic at Sunset Station.
Basic’s Curtis Higgins rolled a 610 series, including a 224 game.
