Outlook: Perez-Espino (38th) and Batoon (46th) each placed in the top 50 of last year’s Class 4A Sunset Region meet.
They lead a list of eight returnees for the Mountain Lions.
“We expect great things from our men’s cross country team this year,” Faber said. “We have a lot of new runners to the team and have been working really hard every day in practice.”
