Top athletes: Bruce Troncoso (Sr.), Matthew Clarke (Sr.), Ryan Myers (Sr.)
Outlook: The Roadrunners return seven lettermen from a team that finished third in the Class 3A state meet last year.
Troncoso (11th), Clarke (17th) and Myers (25th) all finished in the top 25 in the state meet. Troncoso also was the runner-up in the Southern Region meet.
“Coming off of a successful 2016 season, our goal is to win the league, place in the top two at the regional meet and to place in the top three teams at the state meet,” Meyer said.
