Outlook: The Pioneers return five starters and hope to contend for a playoff berth in the Northeast League.

Cooper (750 all-purpose yards) and Youngblood (350 receiving yards) are expected to be among the leaders on offense, and Trujillo (75 tackles) and Godoy (68 tackles) return to guide the defense.

"We have a nucleus of core returning veterans and some new talent that will mix together nicely to create a high-performing team," Hillmer said.
