FLAG FOOTBALL: Boulder City blanks Basic

Alexus Pohe rushed for 168 yards and a touchdown on 22 carries to lead Boulder City’s flag football team to a 19-0 road win over Basic on Friday.

Pohe also intercepted a pass for the Eagles, who led 12-0 at the half.

Taylor Tenney added a 1-yard TD run, and Aimee Finn caught a 10-yard TD pass from Nicole Valle for Boulder City.

Desert Oasis 12 Del Sol 6 — At Del Sol, Mackayla Rickard threw two touchdown passes to lead the Diamondbacks over the Dragons.

Both scoring passes went to LillyAna Ganhem.

Cora Butorac caught a touchdown pass from Xolani Frazier for Del Sol.

Tech 44, Spring Valley 12 — At Tech, Katy Orellana threw for a touchdown and ran for two more as the Roadrunners routed the Grizzlies.

Haley Makue-Vasconcellos and Aylin Silva each rushed for two touchdowns for Tech, which outscored Spring Valley 24-0 in the second half.

Orellana added two interceptions, and Makue-Vasconcellos intercepted a pass.

Green Valley 31 Arbor View 12 — At Mesquite, Christina Mayberry had two touchdown catches and 11 tackles to lead the Gators over the Aggies in the Lady Bulldog Invitational.

Gators Quarterback Bella Cipili completed 6 of 13 passes for 194 passing yards and four touchdowns.

Mayberry had 102 receiving yards. Deborah Grant rushed for 83 yards on 10 carries, and Alyson Thorne and Hennessy Elkins each caught a touchdown pass for the Gators.

Virgin Valley 14, Foothill 6 — At Mesquite, Kallie Graves ran for a touchdown and threw a touchdown pass to lead the Bulldogs past the Falcons in the Lady Bulldog Invitational.

Virgin Valley 27, Shadow Ridge 15 — At Mesquite, the Bulldogs defeated the Mustangs in the Lady Bulldog Invitational.
