FLAG FOOTBALL: Carmell, Eagles secure Southeast title

Jeanne Carmell threw three touchdown passes to Kinsey Smyth Thursday to help Boulder City’s flag football team secure the Southeast League title with a 25-0 home win over Foothill.

Carmell completed 16 of 25 passes for 212 yards.

Smyth caught seven passes for 115 yards for the Eagles, who also got a 1-yard touchdown run from Iris Meijer.

Cimarron-Memorial 31, Arbor View 27 — At Arbor View, Jaymee Luke’s 5-yard touchdown run with seven minutes left lifted the Spartans by the Aggies.

Luke rushed for 153 yards and three touchdowns on 19 carries and threw for 131 yards and a touchdown. Rosie Del Rosario hauled in the touchdown pass for Cimarron.

Taylor Howie threw for 187 yards and three touchdowns for Arbor View.

Desert Oasis 32, Mojave 6 — At Mojave, Kylee Bauer threw three touchdown passes and ran for a score as the Diamondbacks downed the Rattlers.

Bauer completed 15 of 21 passes for 219 yards. She had touchdown passes to Alex Blockovich, Sydni Aldan and Shonda Badayos.

Izriah Hodson added a rushing touchdown for Desert Oasis.

Leliani Limtiaco rushed for Mojave’s touchdown.

Bonanza 26, Western 6 — At Western, Brianna Hernandez rushed for 101 yards and a touchdown to help the Bengals beat the Warriors.

Hernandez also threw a touchdown pass and intercepted two passes for Bonanza, which led 13-0 at the half.

Rancho 34, Coronado 12 — At Coronado, the Rams downed the Cougars.

Heaven Lucero threw TD passes to Jodi Allen and Katie Downs for Coronado.

Basic 28, Chaparral 6 — At Chaparral, the Wolves defeated the Cowboys.

Toni Meshell ran for a touchdown for Chaparral.

Virgin Valley 40, Clark 6 — At Clark, the Bulldogs routed the Chargers.

Keyani Irving rushed for 95 yards and a touchdown on six carries for Clark.

Eldorado 14, Tech 0 — At Green Valley, the Sundevils blanked the Roadrunners.
