FLAG FOOTBALL: Katerina Anthony leads Rancho by Durango

Katerina Anthony threw two touchdown passes and rushed for 101 yards to lead Rancho’s flag football team to an 18-6 home win over Durango on Monday.

Anthony completed 11 of 21 passes for 182 yards. Talaya Williams rushed for 74 yards and a touchdown on six carries for the Rams. Christina Parada and Haley Nevil each had a touchdown reception for Rancho.

Kiana-Capri Wilcox, who had 10 carries for 135 yards, ran for a 12-yard TD for Durango’s only score. Deszarai Bellender had 15 carries for 172 yards, and Zarina Felix had eight carries for 92 yards for the Trailblazers.

Chaparral 19, Eldorado 7 — At Chaparral, Naja Muhammad rushed for 219 yards and a touchdown to lead the Cowboys over the Sundevils.

Vanessa Sanchez caught two touchdown passes for Chaparral.

Boulder City 12, Las Vegas 7 — At Las Vegas, Nicole Valle threw a 28-yard touchdown pass to Alexus Pohe and ran for another score as the Eagles defeated the Wildcats.

Valle completed 12 of 27 passes for 169 yards. Pohe rushed for 72 yards on 14 carries and caught six passes for 56 yards.

Kenadee Bailey led the Eagles defense with nine tackles.

Arbor View 32, Clark 6 — At Arbor View, Melanie Ara rushed for 145 yards with two touchdowns as the Aggies defeated the Chargers.

Foothill 60, Valley 0 — At Valley, Madisyn McArthur completed 22 of 28 passes for 298 yards and seven touchdowns as the Falcons rolled over the Vikings.

Whitley Brown caught six passes for 99 yards and three touchdowns, and Sydney Babakitis, Julia Lynch and Morgan Melton each had a TD reception for Foothill, which led 34-0 at the half.

Cimarron Memorial 42, Western 6 — At Western, Tiarra Del Rosario completed 14 of 16 passes for 308 yards and four touchdowns as the Spartans defeated the Warriors.

Fabray Elam rushed for 165 yards and a touchdown on 22 carries for Cimarron, which led 31-0 at the half. Logan DeLong had seven catches for 128 yards, and Alyssa Karpinski caught two TD passes for the Spartans.

Cheyenne 13, Desert Oasis 6 — At Cheyenne, E’leseana Patterson threw two touchdown passes as the Desert Shields defeated the Diamondbacks.

Lillyana Ghanem caught five passes for 113 yards and a touchdown for Desert Oasis.

Del Sol 32, Mojave 6 — At Mojave, Tarika Poullard had 13 carries for 194 yards and two touchdowns as the Dragons defeated the Rattlers.

Angel Jones threw two TD passes — one to Saleena Quichocho and the other to Liz Guzman — for Del Sol. Quichocho also had two interceptions and a sack for the Dragons, who led 19-0 at halftime.

Maria Luisa Valencia scored on a 5-yard run for Mojave.
