Roundup: Boulder City takes down Liberty

Nicole Valle scored on a 1-yard run in the second half to give Boulder City’s flag football team a 12-7 road win over Liberty on Tuesday.

The Eagles led 6-0 at the half, but Liberty took a 7-6 advantage on a 15-yard TD run by Jeszlyn Siores.

Ryann Reese scored on a 6-yard run in the first half for Boulder City.

Cimarron-Memorial 40, Las Vegas 38 — At Cimarron, quarterback Tiarra Del Rosario completed 18 of 28 passes for 328 yards and five touchdowns as the Spartans held off the Wildcats.

Mya Bethea had 10 receptions for 246 yards and three scores for Cimarron. Catherine Javan supplied a 7-yard TD rush with 1:27 remaining to break a 32-32 tie, and Samantha Silva provided the 2-point conversion.

Las Vegas scored a touchdown with 18 seconds left, but failed on a 2-point conversion pass attempt. Silva and Natasha Obradovic also contributed receiving touchdowns for the Spartans.

Coronado 55, Eldorado 12 — At Coronado, Marissa Pollak rushed for 166 yards and three touchdowns on 14 carries as the Cougars rolled past the Sundevils.

Caitlin Shannon completed 13 of 18 passes for 153 yards and four touchdowns for Coronado.

Reagan Raimer caught six passes for 71 yards and two TDs, and Drew Stewart added two touchdown catches for the Cougars.

Foothill 48, Valley 6 — At Foothill, Ronnie Gibbs completed 15 of 21 passes for 207 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Falcons over the Vikings.

Sydney Babakitis had a rushing touchdown and intercepted two passes, returning one for a touchdown for Foothill, which led 41-6 at the half. Whitley Brow had three catches for 70 yards and two TDs and also picked off a pass for the Falcons.

Chloe Collins and Emily Slatoff each added a rushing touchdown for the Falcons, and Paige Overbow had eight tackles and an interception.

Chaparral 38, Mojave 0 — At Chaparral, Naja Muhammad had 21 carries for 260 yards and five touchdowns as the Cowboys rolled past the Rattlers.

Angelica Rivera supplied a 15-yard TD catch for Chaparral, which got 110 passing yards from quarterback Alyssa Porras.

Del Sol 21, Desert Oasis 12 — At Desert Oasis, Stephanie Tewart tossed two touchdown passes to Cora Butorac and added a 1-yard rushing TD to power the Dragons by the Diamondbacks.

Arbor View 19, Basic 14 — At Basic, the Aggies defeated the Wolves.

Basic’s Marissa Owens was 7-for-17 passing for 100 yards, including a 60-yard TD to Kelsie Weber and a 15-yard score to Kaari Faleafine-Bailey.

Cheyenne 30, Tech 0 — At Cheyenne, E’leseana Patterson completed 9 of 16 passes for 178 yards and three touchdowns and ran for 98 yards and a score as the Desert Shields routed the Roadrunners.

El’Heaven Hunt had four catches for 118 yards and two touchdowns, and Maria Borrero had a rushing and a receiving TD for Cheyenne, which led 18-0 at halftime.

Kiantera Neal had two sacks, and Hunt had two interceptions to lead the defense.
