Roundup: Late interception return touchdown lifts Clark over Cheyenne

Dominique Orozco returned an interception for a touchdown with two minutes remaining in the fourth quarter to lift Clark’s flag football team to a 19-12 victory over Cheyenne on Friday evening.
Jaeda Centeno caught a 60-yard touchdown reception from Jagayra Gomes, and Jania Quinones added a 60-yard rushing touchdown for the Chargers.
Green Valley 19, Del Sol 6 — At Del Sol, Jennifer Haberstock had 267 passing yards two touchdown passes as the Gators defeated the Dragons.
Green Valley wide recevier Brooke Hijar had 132 receiving yards and a touchdown reception, and Olivia McClain also had a touchdown catch. Theresa Caruso had a rushing touchdown and Jazlyn Camacho led the team with 11 tackles.
Del Sol’s Stephanie Tewart threw a 6-yard touchdown pass to Cora Butorac.
Virgin Valley 41, Mojave 0 — At Mesquite, Julia Ramierz and Katie Zuniga each ran for a pair of touchdowns as the Bulldogs blanked the Rattlers.
Nikita Eskelsen also ran in a score for the Bulldogs, and Madison Cheney caught a touchdown from Kallie Graves.
Ramirez and Nataly Serna-Ramirez each had an interception for Virgin Valley.
Palo Verde 8, Foothill 0 — At Foothill, the Panthers were dominant on defense and intercepted six passes to shutout the Falcons.
Julia Lynch had 17 tackles for Foothill and Amanda Carduccia had 15 stops.
Silverado 28, Legacy 14 — At Silverado, the Skyhawks rolled to a victory over Legacy.
Jalyn Joule had two TD passes to Allanah Subira for Legacy.
Rancho 24, Chaparral 0 — At Rancho, the Rams shut out the Cowboys to earn the victory.
Las Vegas 35, Centennial 13 — At Centennial, the Wildcats scored all 35 points in the first half as they defeated the Bulldogs.
