Clay’s three touchdowns help Clark down Trojans

Clark's Andre Clay rushed for 118 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Chargers (2-5, 2-2 Southwest) to a 41-14 road win over Pahrump Valley (1-6, 0-4) on Friday.
Clay scored on runs of 5 yards, 50 yards and 1 yard. Aaron Arlt added 135 rushing yards and a TD for Clark, which led 27-14 at the half.
Pahrump’s touchdowns came on a 74-yard pass from Chase Williams to Daniel Shimakawa and a 65-yard run by Anderson Floyd, who finished with 209 yards on 25 carries.
Floyd has rushed for 609 yards in four Southwest games this season.
