Outlook: The Cougars lost a ton of talent, including league MVP Samantha McCosh, from last year's squad, and will need to scramble to stay near the top of the league. Mitchell's young and inexperienced team will need to improve quickly, as the Southeast is traditionally one of the state's top leagues.
