Top players: OH Amanda Delgado (So.), MB Alexandra Fragoso (Sr.), L Ali Gelles (Sr.)


Outlook: This is probably the strongest team Liberty has fielded. With several quality returning players and some promising junior varsity players moving up, first-year coach Rohrick thinks she could sneak her team into the playoffs. It’s not out of the question, but the Patriots might need another year before realizing such an achievement.


Delgado was the team's leader in kills last season and will be a focal point of the offense. Gelles is one of the team's top defenders.


The Patriots will have to hop over a couple of teams to be in contention for a playoff berth, but hope to make that a reality.
