Outlook: Seven starters return for the Roadrunners who are hoping to follow up on last year’s strong campaign.

Acosta (.421, 33 runs, 21 RBIs; 7-1, 2.33 ERA, 58 strikeouts), Kephart (.411, 26 RBIs; 3-3, 2.91 ERA), Gehring (.400, 19 RBIs), Otis (.309, 22 RBIs) and Birch (.288) all return and should be among the top contributors.

“We hope to continue our playoff run and improve on what we did last year,” Stuber said.
