Roundup: Cheyenne rallies to beat Mojave

Christopher Rose’s walk-off hit capped a three-run seventh inning for Cheyenne’s baseball team in a 6-5 home win over Mojave on Thursday.
Rose also doubled for Cheyenne.
Caleb Forepaugh tripled and doubled for the Rattlers. Tyler Beadles tripled, and Kevin Gutierrez hit a double for Mojave.
Clark 6, Bonanza 5 — At Clark, Dylan Sechrist drew a bases-loaded walk in the bottom of the seventh to send the Chargers home with a win over the Bengals.
Clark’s Maverick Blodgett and Dylan King singled to start the rally in the seventh, and pinch runner Sean Lee scored the winning run.
Brandon Rivera hit s two-run double in the top of seventh to tie it for Bonanza. Matthew Cox hit a solo home run for the Bengals.
Clark starter Bryce Panozzo threw six innings of four-hit ball with five strikeouts. King got the win in relief.
Arbor View 3, Cimarron-Memorial 2 — At Arbor View, Tyler Whitaker fired a four-hitter with 11 strikeouts to power the Aggies over the Spartans.
Whitaker also doubled and had an RBI. Dominic Clayton doubled for Arbor View.
Trevor Doyle tripled and scored for the Spartans.
Centennial 3, Spring Valley 2 — At Centennial, Zack Simon had a triple, a run and RBI to help the Bulldogs knock off the Grizzlies.
Centennial’s Kian Wilbur was 2-for-3 and earned the win in relief.
Mitchell Otis tripled for the Grizzlies, and Chase Rodriguez and Donovan Souder both doubled for Spring Valley.
Shadow Ridge 6, Faith Lutheran 4 — At Shadow Ridge, Dillon Kathrein scored two runs to help the Mustangs beat the Crusaders.
Brennen Lyman had an RBI and run scored for Shadow Ridge.
Sagan Gronauer and Brayden Palluck each doubled for the Crusaders.
Desert Oasis 6, Durango 2 — At Desert Oasis, Zac Czerniawski drove in two runs to lead the Diamondbacks past the Trailblazers.
Jason Sharman went 2-for-3 with a double for Desert Oasis, which scored four runs in the bottom of the third inning.
Bruin Perlsweig doubled for the Trailblazers.
Desert Pines 9, Western 3 — At Desert Pines, Steven Laureano went the distance with no earned runs allowed and six strikeouts to lead the Jaguars over the Warriors.
Raymond Minero had a triple and three RBIs for Desert Pines.
Juan Castaneda was 3-for-3 with a double for the Jaguars, and teammate James Greco hit a double.
Palo Verde 10, Legacy 0 — At Palo Verde, Josiah Cromwick was 2-for-2 with a double and three RBIs as the Panthers took down the Longhorns in five innings.
E.J. Arnold and Tyler Kim each had a double and two RBIs for the Panthers.
Palo Verde’s Jaret Godman had two RBIs and threw a shutout.
Foothill 15, Canyon Springs 3 — At Canyon Springs, Kelton Lachelt was 2-for-3 with a triple, a double, two runs and three RBIs to lead the Falcons over the Pioneers.
Jake Perlaes doubled for the Falcons, who took a combined no-hitter into the seventh inning.
Martin Blake and Trevor Berkemeyer had Canyon Springs’ hits.
Bishop Gorman 16, Sierra Vista 1 — At Sierra Vista, John Gaughan had a homer and three RBIs as the Gaels routed the Mountain Lions in four innings.
Austin Wells had a triple, a double and three RBIs for the Gaels. Gavin Mez had two doubles and three RBIs, and Dutch Landis doubled for Gorman.
Alex Chavira had a double for Sierra Vista.
Liberty 16, Valley 0 — At Liberty, Logan Coons went 2-for-2 with two doubles and three RBIs to lead the Patriots past the Vikings in a three-inning rout.
Joseph Rush went 2-for-2 with a double and three RBIs, and Isaac Haina tripled for the Patriots.
Ethan Safier struck out five over three innings to pick up the win.
Pahrump Valley 15, Sunrise Mountain 0 — At Pahrump, Bradda Costa doubled twice as the Trojans routed the Miners in three innings.
Costa also threw a one-hitter.
Willie Lucas and Garrett Lucas doubled for the Trojans, as did Jalen Denton, Cyle Havel and Joey Koenig.
SLAM Academy 16, Tech 4 — At Tech, Daemein Hargrove went 3-for-4 with a double, a triple, two runs and two RBIs as the Bulls beat the Roadrunners.
Drew Cole was 3-for-4 with two runs for Tech.
Lake Mead 14, The Meadows 3 — At The Meadows, Joseph Johnson had two hits and two RBIs to lead the Eagles to a five-inning win over the Mustangs in the completion of a game that was suspended April 17 due to darkness.
Ryan Kennedy tossed a four-hitter and struck out eight for Lake Mead.
Tonopah 5-20, Beatty 8-9 — At Beatty, the Muckers erased an 8-7 deficit in the nightcap with a five-run fifth inning and added eight more in the seventh to earn a split with the Hornets.
