ROUNDUP: Del Sol outslugs Tech

David Day was 4-for-4 with two home runs and five RBIs to help Del Sol’s baseball team to a 13-10 home win over Tech on Monday.

Randy Klabacka added a double and three RBIs for Del Sol.

Travis Canfield was 3-for-4 with three RBIs and Travis James was 2-for-3 with two RBIs for the Roadrunners.

Green Valley 13, Foothill 4 — At Foothill, Bobby Shiroky was 3-for-5 with two doubles and a home run to help the Gators down the Falcons.

Brett Harrison was 2-for-5 with a double and a home run for Green Valley. Harrison and Shiroky each scored three runs.

Foothill’s Dylan Ellis and Jordan Mathis each doubled.

Coronado 11, Liberty 5 — At Coronado, Cody Giordano went 2-for-4 with a triple and three runs to help the Cougars down the Patriots.

Steven Pollex was 2-for-2 with two RBIs and two runs for Coronado.

Jandy Eiroa went 2-for-4 for Liberty.

Silverado 11, Basic 4 — At Basic, Tanner Dushane was 3-for-3 with two doubles and five RBIs to help the Skyhawks top the Wolves.

Braden Keathley was 2-for-4 with three runs and an RBI and Mike Meyers was 3-for-5 with two runs for Silverado.

Basic’s Brandon Blake was 2-for-4 with a home run and Mike Feher was 2-for-5 with two doubles.

Centennial 11, Cheyenne 0 — At Cheyenne, Blane Bevilacqua went 3-for-4 with a triple and two RBIs as the Bulldogs routed the Desert Shields.

Centennial’s Anthony Antos, Michael Wagner and Sam Friend combined on a two-hitter.

Cody Clark went 3-for-3 with a pair of triples and a run for the Bulldogs.

Cheyenne’s Trevor Sosa was 2-for-2.

Legacy 7, Shadow Ridge 2 — At Legacy, Joey Lauria went 3-for-3 with two runs and two RBIs to help the Longhorns down the Mustangs.

Adam Thompson added two singles for Legacy, which went ahead to stay with a three-run third inning.

Shadow Ridge’s Jordan Blaylock was 2-for-4.

Clark 14, Pahrump Valley 4 — At Clark, Manny Estrada was 3-for-3 with three runs to help the Chargers to the five-inning win.

Travis Pullen and Miguel Gonzalez each went 3-for-4 for Clark, which scored 12 runs in the bottom of the fourth.

Tom Hoag went the distance, allowing two earned runs and striking out 10, to get the win.

Spring Valley 11, Bonanza 1 — At Spring Valley, the Grizzlies scored nine runs in the fourth inning to pull away from the Bengals.

Billy Bob Ward was 2-for-4 with two RBIs for Spring Valley, which won by the 10-run rule after five innings.

Cameron Cole homered and Enzo Bello and Garrett Blair had two hits each for the Grizzlies.

Spring Valley’s Aaron Blair struck out seven in a complete game, allowing six hits and walking one.

Bonanza’s Kris Bryant went 2-for-3.

Bishop Gorman 13, Durango 0 — At College of Southern Nevada, Joey Rickard tossed a five-inning shutout innings and was 4-for-4 with three RBIs to lead the Gaels past the Trailblazers.

Jeff Malm was 3-for-4 with three RBIs and Jerry Mitchell 2-for-3 for Gorman, which scored eight runs in the third inning.

Cimarron-Memorial 12, Palo Verde 3 — At Cimarron, Taylor Doyle went 3-for-4 with two doubles and four RBIs to help the Spartans top the Panthers.

Cimarron’s Kody Gorden hit a home run and had two RBIs.

Brandon Laubhan was 2-for-3 with a double and Alex Bonczyk drove in two runs for the Panthers.

Sierra Vista 17, Western 0 — At Western, the Mountain Lions scored 11 runs in the first inning on the way to a five-inning rout of the Warriors.

Kyle Gamble, Jake Hager and Scotty Tomassetti homered for Sierra Vista, which collected 16 hits.

Connor Klein was 2-for-2 and with a double for Sierra Vista.

David Yocum went 2-for-2 for Western.

Arbor View 13, Mojave 3 — At Arbor View, Chris Manning was 2-for-2 with a double, a home run and four RBIs to help the Aggies to the six-inning win.

Jacob Badger and Zach Quintana each went 2-for-3 for Arbor View.

Michael Fulks, Buddy Borden and Zach Hartman combined on a no-hitter for the Aggies, who allowed three unearned runs in the fifth.

Rancho 9, Faith Lutheran 1 — At Faith Lutheran, P.J. Matha threw four hittless innings of relief and got out of a bases-loaded jam in fourth to help the Rams beat the Crusaders.

Matha came on with the bases loaded and no outs in the fourth with the game tied 1-1. He struck out the first batter, then got the next hitter to hit a fly ball to shallow right. Rancho second baseman Roy Sipes made the catch and threw the runner out at the plate to end the inning.

Matha struck out four in four innings.

Brandon Pletschw as 3-for-3 with two doubles, a triple and four RBIs for Rancho. Zak Qualls was 4-for-5 with a double and three runs for the Rams.
