ROUNDUP: Durango baseball holds off Legacy

Jordan Hodges was 2-for-2 with a double, a home run and four runs to help Durango to a 10-8 home victory over Legacy on Saturday.

Cameron Coombs went 2-for-3 with a home run and three RBIs, and Michael Sukeyasu was 2-for-4 with a homer and three RBIs for the Trailblazers.

Dylan Baumgarte had a home run for the Longhorns.

SOFTBALL

Lincoln County’s junior varsity swept a doubleheader from host Pahranagat Valley, 16-6 and 11-7.

Kyla Mortensen was 3-for-5 with three runs and two RBIs on the day for the Panthers.

Pahranagat’s Alyssa Stirling was 2-for-4 in the first game, and teammate Stevie Horrocks went 2-for-4 in the second game.
